Through the rotation of the roller, the surface of the product is wrapped in a uniform coating of powder, in order to increase the powdering amount and result in scalelike form. It is suitable for powdering bulk or irregular materials (bread crumbs). For example, popcorn chicken, chicken nuggets, fish cube, chicken fillet, etc.
